Assessment

We ask employees about diversity, equity, and inclusion using an advanced enterprise survey platform which allows for complex question design and delivery via email and text. We supplement the quantitative data with qualitative insights gleaned from a series of stakeholder interviews. The assessment can be readministered every year to measure progress.
