We create two benchmarks to compare your relative DEI performance. The first, an industry databook, pulls data from public data sets to show racial, ethnic, and gender diversity at all levels for your sector. The second, a competitive analysis, pulls publicly available information about a set of peer organizations that you define. Together they show how your performance compares to your closest competitors and your industry at large.
